Claire brings a unique combination of experience in education, communications, marketing, and organizational development. Her ability to simplify complex information and communicate it in a thoughtful, approachable way helps reinforce Medicare Caddy's mission of making Medicare easier to understand and less overwhelming.

Her appreciation for exceptional client service began long before her professional career. Growing up in a family business, Claire watched her parents successfully build and operate their company for more than three decades. That experience instilled a lasting respect for integrity, consistency, and the importance of earning a client's trust through every interaction.

Working alongside Greg and the Medicare Caddy team on a project basis, Claire provides guidance on educational content, client communications, and marketing initiatives that strengthen the firm's commitment to delivering a concierge-level experience.

Outside of her professional work, Claire enjoys life near Lake Lanier in Gainesville, Georgia, where she spends time reading, designing, exploring nature, and enjoying the water. She is especially proud of her two daughters—one an attorney and the other a professional muralist and artist—whose very different career paths reflect the independence and creativity she has always encouraged.
