As Senior Operations Manager, Jordan oversees the systems, processes, and client experience that ensure every interaction reflects the concierge-level service our clients have come to expect. From the first phone call through enrollment and ongoing support, she works behind the scenes to make every step seamless, organized, and stress-free.

Before joining Medicare Caddy, Jordan spent more than 15 years in luxury hospitality, catering, and event management, leading operations for nationally recognized organizations including Wolfgang Puck Catering, the Georgia Aquarium, and premier Atlanta hospitality venues. Throughout her career, she managed more than $1.5 million in annual sales, coordinated hundreds of high-profile events, and earned a reputation for delivering exceptional service under the most demanding circumstances. Her experience taught her that success is built on preparation, communication, and anticipating clients' needs before they arise.

Today, Jordan applies that same client-first philosophy to Medicare planning. As a licensed Georgia Health Insurance Agent, she combines operational excellence with a growing expertise in Medicare, continually expanding her knowledge to better support clients and the Medicare Caddy advisory team.

Jordan is passionate about creating order from complexity and believes every client deserves to feel informed, valued, and cared for throughout their Medicare journey. She enjoys collaborating with the team to continually improve processes and embraces every opportunity to learn more about the evolving Medicare landscape.

Outside the office, Jordan enjoys reading, discovering new culinary inspiration with her husband, watching movies with her children, and finding creative ideas through podcasts and cooking shows.
